The role

We are entering our next growth phase where AI, Automation and internal software systems will become core competitive advantage. Beyond driving growth through marketing, we are building scalable operating systems that help our teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and unlock new levels of productivity. 

We are looking for a DTC Performance Growth Lead/Manager who combines strong eCommerce growth expertise with systems thinking and a passion for leveraging AI to solve business problems. 

This is a high-impact role working directly with founders to shape both our growth engine and the internal systems that power it. 

What you’ll do:

Growth & Commercial Performance 

  • Own end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging platforms to optimize performance and scale high-impact channels. 
  • Identify scalable growth opportunities across products, markets, customer segments. 
  • Strategically allocate marketing investment across channels to drive revenue growth while maintaining CAC efficiency and maximizing lifetime value (LTV) 
  • Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap across channels, creative, audiences, and landing experiences to continuously improve conversion rate, CTR, CAC, ROAS

Growth systems, AI & Automation 

  • Design and improve growth operating frameworks across research, execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI across growth, analytics, creative testing, and operational workflows.
  • Build performance dashboards and reporting systems that support faster decision-making.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop AI-powered processes and internal tools.
  • Help transform manual workflows into scalable systems supported by automation and AI.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Marketing, Creative and Operations teams to ensure paid programs support product launches, integrated campaigns and broader brand initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to align growth priorities with company goals and strategic direction.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable growth opportunities and scalable solutions.

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field 
  • 4+years of experience in eCommerce, Growth/Performance Marketing or related roles. 
  • Strong understanding of Meta ads, Google ads, TikTok ads and conversion optimization 
  • Experience managing budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and curiosity about AI applications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with Shopify ecosystem or modern eCommerce technology stacks. 
  • Experience in US/EU or international DTC markets. 
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Veo, or automation platforms.
  • Experience building internal tools, automations, dashboards, or operational systems.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
