The role

We are entering our next growth phase where AI, Automation and internal software systems will become core competitive advantage. Beyond driving growth through marketing, we are building scalable operating systems that help our teams move faster, make smarter decisions, and unlock new levels of productivity. 

We are looking for a E-commerce Operations Manager to help strengthen our operational foundation while contributing to the systems and processes that will support our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, optimizing workflows and building scalable solutions rather than simply maintaining existing processes. 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across inventory, supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and order management to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure product availability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction 
  • Monitor inventory levels, operational metrics and business performance data to identify issues, optimize costs, and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and continuosly improve e-commerce operational processes, ensuring accurate  execution of product launches, promotions, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Develop, standardize, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operational systems to support business growth and scalability.
  • Partner closely with the Leadership Team to leverage data, automation, and AI solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and build a more scalable operating model.

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • 3+years of experience in eCommerce Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retails Operations or Related fields. 
  • Experience managing inventory, fulfillment, order processing, or operational workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and operational reports.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Experience leading projects, teams, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, AI tools, dashboards, or workflow optimization.
  • Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for learning new ways of working.

  • Compensation: 35,000,000 – 50,000,000 VND gross/month. Higher compensation may be considered based on experience, expertise, and demonstrated impact.

Hong Kong Tower, 243A De La Thanh Str, Hanoi

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
