The role

We are looking for a driven and technical Ecommerce CRO Specialist to take ownership of website performance optimization, enhance the online shopping experience, and diver revenue growth across Ecommerce platforms. This role is integral in connecting Ecommerce and Technology.

What you’ll do:

1. Product Development & Sampling 

  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior across the website using tools GA4, FullStory, Hotjar or similar analytics platforms. 
  • Identify opportunities and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), and overall revenue performance.
  • Develop hypotheses, execute A/B tests, and evaluate results to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Analyze the customer journey, identify friction points throughout the purchasing process, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to enhance user experience and website performance.

2. Ecommerce Platform Management & Optimization

  • Manage and maintain Shopify stores, including product listings, collections, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and related configurations.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize discounts, bundles, upsell and cross-sell offers, and other revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues impacting the customer experience.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing before launching new features, campaigns, or website updates.

3. Sales Campaign Execution

  • Partner with Marketing, Content, Design teams to execute website campaigns and promotional activites. 
  • Build and manage landing pages supporting advertising and sales initiatives.
  • Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed accurately and delivered on schedule.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and report key Ecommerce metrics, including CVR, AOV, Revenue, Add-to-Cart Rate, Checkout Rate, and other performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for website optimization and revenue growth.

Requirements Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce, Shopify Operations or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and a solid understanding of Shopify apps and ecosystem tools.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in D2C Ecommerce businesses or brands targeting international markets is highly preferred.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
