The role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive (Fresher) to support and optimize the daily operations of Bloomentum’s global e-commerce ecosystem.
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about global e-commerce operations. You will have the opportunity to learn and build strong foundations in managing online storefronts, improving customer experience, and supporting revenue growth across multiple channels.
What you will do:
- Support the management of all end-to-end e-commerce platform operations ,marketplaces, and other online sales channels.
- Monitor and optimize storefront performance, including product listings, product display, navigation flow, and overall user experience.
- Analyze platform and campaign performance metrics to improve key e-commerce KPIs such as Conversion Rate (CR), AOV, CLTV, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct product audits and ensure listings comply with platform standards, policies, and operational best practices.
- Identify operational issues throughout the purchasing journey and proactively resolve customer-facing problems.
- Contribute to UX/UI improvements and sales funnel optimization to maximize engagement and conversion performance.
- Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to support campaign execution, merchandising strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to support business and merchandising decisions.
Requirements Must-Have:
- 0–1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or relevant internships/projects.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Logical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Economics, or related fields.
