The role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Bloomentum’s global e-commerce ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational ownership, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in managing online storefront performance across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth platform operations, optimizing customer experience, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and improving overall e-commerce performance through data-driven execution.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce platform operations ,marketplaces, and other online sales channels.
- Monitor and optimize storefront performance, including product listings, product display, navigation flow, and overall user experience.
- Analyze platform and campaign performance metrics to improve key e-commerce KPIs such as Conversion Rate (CR), AOV, CLTV, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct product audits and ensure listings comply with platform standards, policies, and operational best practices.
- Identify operational issues throughout the purchasing journey and proactively resolve customer-facing problems.
- Contribute to UX/UI improvements and sales funnel optimization to maximize engagement and conversion performance.
- Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to support campaign execution, merchandising strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to support business and merchandising decisions.
Requirements Must-Have:
- Experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or Digital Commerce roles.
- Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other marketplace ecosystems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and operational ownership.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
