The role

We are looking for Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's email marketing campaigns and creating engaging emails that drive sales and customer loyalty.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, create and manage email marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and technology teams, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels
  • Manage email lists and ensure that they are segmented appropriately for targeted campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to improve future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in email marketing, and recommend innovative solutions for improving email engagement and revenue

Requirements Must-Have: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment 
  • Have a proven track record of driving results through engaging and effective campaigns

  • Basic salary: 15.000.000đ - 35.000.000đ per month; performance-based bonuses (income up to $7.000) 
  • Full salary during probation period (upto 2 months) 
  • Salary review every 6 months

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
