The role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to develop execute Influencer Marketing strategies through KOL/KOC partnerships, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth for Bloomentum’s global D2C brands.

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing a network of KOLs/KOCs that align with each campaign’s goals. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to deliver impactful campaigns that optimize brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop KOC/KOL strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. 
  • Indentify suitable KOL/KOC segments (Macro, Micro, Nano Influencers) for each campaign.
  • Plan and execute KOC/KOL activities across different marketing stages.
  • Research market trends and influencer marketing insights across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Propose creative collaboration ideas to increase brand awareness and drive conversions. 
  • Source build, and maintain a database of potential KOLs/KOCs.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with KOC/KOL and agencies 
  • Negotiate partnership terms including booking costs, timelines, deliverables, rights, and KPIs. 
  • Develop content direction, prepare briefs, and coordinate with KOLs/KOCs to ensure campaign requirements are met 
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Design teams to ensure content consistency.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance based on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sales.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in influencer marketing or Tiktok Influencer 
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Influencer Marketing, particularly KOL/KOC strategies and social media platforms.
  • Connections with KOL/KOC in global markets or the mom&baby category are a strong advantage
