The role
At Bloomentum, Performance Creative isn’t just a support function - it’s a growth driver.
As a Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you’ll play a leading role in driving customer acquisition and brand growth by blending creative excellence with performance thinking. You’ll craft strategies and assets that not only convert, but also resonate - because we believe the most effective creative is born from the perfect mix of platform fluency, cultural relevance, and true understanding of the customer and the product.
- Strategic Creative Leadership: Develop and optimize creative strategies across paid media, email, SMS, and emerging channels to drive engagement and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Brand, Production... to produce authentic, high-performing assets that elevate the brand.
- Data-Driven Creative Optimization: Analyze performance data to inform iterative improvements and guide future strategy, maximizing engagement and conversion.
- Influencer Partnership Management: Lead the sourcing, vetting, and management of creators and influencers for all paid media channels, including partnerships and approvals.
What you’ll do:
- Creative Strategy Development: Develop and optimize creative strategies for paid social, product showcase, and emerging performance marketing platforms.
- Collaborative Asset Production: Write strategic creative briefs and manage feedback loops with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality asset delivery.
- Content Calendar Management: Collaborate across teams to manage a content production calendar and align creative with channel-specific goals and brand voice.
- A/B and Multivariate Testing: Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging, formats, and creative concepts based on performance insights.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze creative performance data to inform iterative improvements and future strategy, transforming consumer behavior insights into actionable creative direction.
- Influencer Partnerships: Lead the sourcing, vetting, and management of creators and influencers for all paid media channels, including partnerships and approvals.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay current on industry trends and competitive creative to guide innovation and creative differentiation.
- Creative Advocacy: Act as a creative advocate within the Growth team, identifying opportunities for expansion through new content formats and platforms.
- Top-Performing Creative Library: Maintain a library of top-performing creative and collaborate with analytics to measure and communicate impact.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 2-5 years experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a similar role at a DTC brand or creative agency.
- Deep understanding of paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and their creative best practices.
- Experience collaborating with creative professionals (designers, copywriters, producers) to develop compelling assets.
- Proven ability to use data and consumer insights to inform and optimize creative.
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms and their unique creative needs.

Career Path
Fast-track promotion to Creative Strategist or Creative Manager/Director based on results.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
