The role
We are building our in-house performance team in Vietnam and looking for a Digital Performance Marketing (Fresher) to support scalable growth across global e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about performance marketing, data-driven growth, and building strong fundamentals in global e-commerce. You will have the opportunity to learn, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads under direct mentorship.
What you’ll do:
1. Campaign management & Optimization
- Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns on the assigned platform (campaigns, ad sets, ads, and audiences)
- Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, CPM
- Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment
2. Performance Analysis & Growth
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Maintain structured testing frameworks, optimization processes, and performance documentation.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop and iterate performance-driven ad creatives.
- Contribute actively to campaign strategy and optimization while supporting collaboration within the team.
Requirements Must-Have:
- 0–1 year of experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads (internship/freelance/project-based experience is accepted).
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
- Logical thinking and willingness to learn fast.
- Passion for e-commerce, digital growth, and performance marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Finance, Data Analysis, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
Plus points:
- Experience in e-commerce, POD, dropshipping, or agency environments.
- Basic understanding of conversion funnels, ad metrics, and consumer behavior.
