The role
We are building an in-house performance marketing team in Vietnam and are looking for a talented and experienced UA Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in AppLovin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing user acquisition and performance marketing strategies, specifically on the AppLovin platform. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and scaling the user base for our mobile applications.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across key UA platforms (AppLovin, Pinterest, etc.)
- Plan, launch, monitor, and continuously optimize ad campaigns with a strong focus on cost efficiency, ROAS, and scalable growth.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of campaign performance to track core UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, CVR, retention, etc.), derive actionable insights, and propose clear optimization strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure alignment across creatives, tracking systems, and product funnels for optimal growth performance.
- Stay up to date with UA trends, platform algorithm changes, and mobile advertising best practices to maintain a competitive growth edge.
- Continuously run A/B tests across creatives, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance and unlock scalable growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, including key insights, learnings, and data-driven recommendations for growth optimization.
Requirements Must-Have:
- More than 1 years of experience marketing with a significant focus on mobile app user acquisition on AppLovin or similar platforms
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on the Applovin platform
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.

- Basic salary: 15.000.000đ - 35.000.000đ per month; performance-based bonuses (income up to $7.000)
