The role

We are looking for a Product Development Specialist with a passion for fashion, a strong aesthetic sense, and a keen interest in trend research. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end development of fashion products that align with the brand identity — from concept ideation through market launch.

What you’ll do:

1. Product Development & Sampling 

  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from concept through market launch. 
  • Coordinate with vendors/factories to follow up on samples, materials, and production timelines
  • Review samples, fittings, colors, and materials, and provide clear feedback to vendors
  • Update and manage tech packs, spec sheets, and product development files
  • Monitor sample revisions and ensure products meet all requirements before bulk production begins

2. Research & Trend Analysis 

  • Research fashion trends, consumer insights, and market trends across platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Amazon, and Shopify brands
  • Monitor competitor brands to stay updated on silhouettes, color trends, materials, and pricing strategies
  • Conduct competitor analysis and propose new product ideas and development directions
  • Support the team in sourcing suitable materials, fabrics, and trims that align with the brand direction

3. Product & Data Management 

  • Manage product trackers, sample trackers, and related product development files
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback, sell-through performance, and product performance metrics
  • Propose improvements related to fit, materials, packaging, and overall product experience

4. Vendor & Cross-functional Coordination 

  • Work closely with suppliers and factories to track production progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure launches stay on schedule
  • Support the preparation of product information and assets for the Marketing and E-commerce teams
  • Monitor the launch calendar and provide regular progress updates

Requirements Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development/Merchandising, or Fashion Production
  • Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or kidswear
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to research trends and stay updated on market movements quickly
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and timeline management skills

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
