The role
We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing to own and scale influencer marketing initiatives across Bloomentum's global D2C brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing influencer strategies, building long-term creator partnerships, leading end-to-end campaign execution, and optimizing performance to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
Influencer Strategy
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Build creator acquisition strategies across different customer segments and international markets.
- Identify suitable KOL, KOC, Creator, and Affiliate partners for each campaign.
- Research market trends, creator economy insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop scalable influencer marketing processes, playbooks, and best practices.
Creator Partnership
- Source, evaluate, and build a high-quality network of KOLs, KOCs, creators, agencies, and affiliate partners.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign budgets, usage rights, deliverables, exclusivity, timelines, and KPIs.
- Continuously expand and optimize Bloomentum's creator database across global markets.
Campaign Execution
- Own end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Develop campaign concepts and content directions together with Marketing, Content, and Design teams.
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and paid creator partnerships.
- Ensure campaign quality, timelines, and deliverables meet business objectives.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance across reach, engagement, conversion, revenue, and ROI.
- Evaluate creator performance and optimize budget allocation based on business impact.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and performance reviews for leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Performance, Creative, Product, E-commerce, and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to building scalable influencer marketing workflows and internal processes.
- Share market insights and best practices to continuously improve the company's influencer capabilities.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, affiliate programs, and social commerce.
- Proven experience planning and executing end-to-end influencer campaigns with measurable business results.
- Experience working with TikTok Shop, Meta, Shopify, or global D2C e-commerce brands is a strong advantage.
- Existing network with KOLs, KOCs, creators, or agencies in international markets is highly preferred.
- Experience in Mom & Baby, Lifestyle, Beauty, or Consumer Goods is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Highly proactive, business-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
