The role

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven candidate with strong expertise in TikTok Shop operations and advertising to help drive sales growth and scale our TikTok commerce business.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the day-to-day operations and growth of the TikTok Shop channel, driving commercial performance and platform expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, and Live Shopping teams.
  • Manage campaign setup, program registrations, operations, tracking, and performance reporting through TikTok Seller Center.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns, including timeline management, asset coordination, testing, optimization, and cross-channel execution across TikTok Shop and the brand website.
  • Collaborate closely with TikTok teams to participate in beta features, incentive programs, and growth-driving platform initiatives.
  • Evaluate and implement new TikTok commerce features in partnership with Growth, CRM, CX, and Ecommerce teams.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop storefront management, including homepage merchandising, module placement, and CRO testing initiatives.
  • Build and manage product collections aligned with campaign launches, seasonal moments, and channel-specific activations.
  • Optimize the customer shopping journey through product roadmap initiatives and continuous testing of new modules and platform features.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key TikTok Shop performance metrics, including GMV, ROAS, CAC, CVR, paid campaign performance, and organic growth.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to ensure assets are optimized for TikTok-native formats, campaign objectives, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain close alignment with Product, Inventory, and Ecommerce teams to ensure accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and seamless campaign execution.

Requirements Must-Have: 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in TikTok Shop operations, ecommerce, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager is required.
  • Proven track record of managing TikTok Shop operations or campaigns that delivered measurable revenue growth and business results.
  • Preference for candidates based in Hanoi who are available to work onsite; remote opportunities are open for highly qualified candidates.
  • Prior experience in Ecommerce, D2C brands, or similar fast-paced consumer businesses is highly preferred.

  • Basic salary: 15.000.000đ - 35.000.000đ per month; performance-based bonuses (income up to $7.000) 
  • Full salary during probation period (upto 2 months)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
