The role
The Sourcing and Purchasing Executive is responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating costs, managing purchasing activities and ensuring timely availability of materials for production. You will support Bloomentum product lines across apparel, beauty and lifestyle categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new suppliers and evaluate vendor capability, quality and pricing
- Negotiate contracts, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms
- Issue purchase orders and track all procurement activities
- Work with Production, Supply Chain and Product teams to confirm specifications
- Monitor delivery timelines and resolve supply issues
- Maintain supplier database, pricing records and purchasing documentation
- Conduct cost analysis and propose cost saving initiatives
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in sourcing or procurement
- Apparel, beauty or consumer goods experience is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and communication skills
- Ability to work with international suppliers, especially in China
- Detail oriented, analytical and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Fluent English required; Chinese is a plus

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
