The role

Bloomentum is seeking a Supply Chain to lead operational initiatives and system improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy and efficiency. You will own key supply chain projects, build forecasting models and work closely with Tech to develop internal tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve fulfillment, inventory accuracy and operational workflows
  • Build and refine demand forecasting and inventory planning models
  • Develop restock point models based on sales trends, lead times and historical data
  • Act as Business Owner for supply chain systems and work with Tech to define and validate product requirements
  • Oversee planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects
  • Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Purchasing, Warehousing and Logistics teams


Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years experience in project management or operations, ideally in e-commerce
  • Strong SQL / data analysis skills
  • Proven ability to define system requirements and manage cross functional projects
  • Deep understanding of demand planning, inventory forecasting and warehouse operations
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics or related fields

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
