What you’ll do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring plans for different departments.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through networking, referrals, social media, talent databases, and passive candidate outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for strategic and high-impact positions to support the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen employer branding initiatives and attract high-quality talent.
- Research, propose, and experiment with new recruitment channels, sourcing strategies, and hiring initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in E-commerce, Startups, or Executive Search/Headhunting is a strong advantage.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities with the ability to identify and engage quality candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Takes full ownership of assigned goals and drives them to completion independently.
- Skilled at goal management, result tracking, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
