The role

We are looking for a performance-driven TikTok marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts across TikTok. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven campaign management, creative testing, audience optimization, and continuous experimentation.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns across multiple brands and product categories.
  • Manage campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and scaling initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing ad creatives aligned with TikTok-native content trends.
  • Conduct creative testing and performance analysis to identify winning concepts and scaling opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, campaign planning, reporting, performance analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce and Product teams to align acquisition strategies with inventory planning and business priorities.
  • Stay updated on TikTok platform changes, advertising best practices, and emerging growth opportunities.

Requirements Must-Have: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok Ads, Performance Marketing, or Digital Acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns through TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Basic salary: 15,000,000 VND – 25,000,000 VND/month (based on experience and capability).

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
