The role
As a Vendor Development and Management Specialist, you will build and strengthen Bloomentum’s global manufacturing network. Your work ensures the company has the right partners with the right capabilities, delivering the right quality at scale. This role is critical in scaling apparel operations, improving cost structures, and ensuring sampling and production flows smoothly.
Vendor Acquisition: Identify and qualify manufacturing partners that meet quality and capacity standards.
Vendor Performance Management: Improve quality, cost, and on time delivery through structured evaluations.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the bridge between vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
What you’ll do
- Source and evaluate garment factories for childrens wear and intimate apparel.
- Lead vendor onboarding and capability assessments.
- Negotiate costing, production timelines, and partnership terms.
- Conduct ongoing vendor performance reviews through data metrics.
- Support product sampling and ensure vendors understand tech requirements.
- Resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Technical Designers, Product Managers, and QA teams.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years experience in garment sourcing or vendor management.
- Strong network with factories in Vietnam or China.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, sampling, and mass production.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- English proficiency; Chinese is a plus.
- Data focused, professional, and highly reliable.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 19:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
